Why? So maybe you like Batman. “He’s like totally cool and and dark and is more relatable and has money and girls”. Superman is “lame”. He’s too much of a “goodie goodie” for you.
Two points to consider: (and take these points from a nerdy comic geek who has read and owns five times the amount of Batman comic books as he has/does Superman comic books)
1) Not everything has to be “dark” to be “cool”.
2) Maybe you’ve never read a good Superman comic book. Try All-Star Superman. I dare you.
