About the Blog

Welcome to Fast Food Blogging, a one-man project to capture and share as much relevant material on the “qualities of life” as possible. The phrase “qualities of life” refers specifically to those attributes in modern culture which make life most worth living (reflection on what it is to be human, the quest for meaning and truth, beauty at every level of life, both religion and irreligion) — attributes which I know are subject to debate. Though I hope to include many different types of cultural artifacts into this blog, I will be primarily searching through the following domains: writing, books, film, and visual arts. In the end, I hope you find the posts on this blog helpful and compelling for your own qualities of life.

Like most bloggers, I try to post frequently.

You can expect this schedule:

Sundays- Quote of the Week

First Mondays:Β One More Scene

Tuesdays- Artist’s Corner

Wednesdays- Visual artwork

Some Fridays- Fast Food Review

Unlike most bloggers, I try to keep things short and sweet (though, my main pages are not). Thus, you get the concept of fast food (quick and easy meals). If a post is longer than one-fourth of a page, it will be marked—- (Warning: Restaurant Post).

This is Fast Food Blogging: Where finding quality culture is as easy as grabbing a burger and fries. Enjoy!

An additional comment after talking with my wife:
I am well aware that fast food is “not good for you.” I am not endorsing the consumption of fast food. I just like the metaphor.
