Antichrist (2009)- Lars von Trier
And here’s another pick with Willem Dafoe in it. Antichrist always intrigued me, but it did such a way that I was only curious to see it to see how much it would disturb me. While it did disturb me greatly, it also surprised me in that I ended up loving it. I was spellbound by the two performances, and I really enjoyed going “oh no!” and “oh yes!” at the same time. I also found myself longing for more of its cinematography for days.
