A new blog and some changes (Warning: Restaurant Post)

I know. “Too much.” “Stop the blogging.” Well, I can’t. There are a couple of changes coming this way. As with most change, there is some good news and bad news.

The Bad News: I will be shrinking my Fast Food Blogging posting schedule a bit (though that does fit with the theme of the blog).

The new schedule will be as follows:

Sundays Quote of the Week

Various Mondays (random)- post from the new blog, longer news Item, or a song

Tuesdays- Artist’s Corner

Wednesdays- Visual artwork

Every other Friday- Fast Food Review (may still be weekly if I feel I can handle it)

The Good News: I’ve started a new blog that will maintain the concepts of ffb and the qualities of life (probably even more to the letter). This blog will be a bit different though. Here’s the full blurb from the “about” page of Fast Food Illustrations:

It’s been several years since I’ve attempted serious visual artwork, so I’m not sure how this will turn out, but I’m still going to give it a shot. On this site you will find various illustration projects of my favorite short story collections. If you are familiar with Fast Food Blogging I will incorporate two similar concepts: short posts and the “qualities of life”. The difference is that this blog is dedicated to my own artwork. I’m not sure how frequently I will update this blog, but I do intend to do so. Click on the “qualities of life” page for more info. For more from me, go to fastfoodblogging.com. In any case, please check out Matt Kish and Zack Smith and company, the artists who inspired me to wake up from my artistic slumber and take on this new project.

The Great News: Did you know there would be great news?

Fast Food Illustrations is up today with my first piece. I hope you like it.

No matter what, if you’ve made it this far, please do check out this amazing work from Matt Kish. I’m getting my copy in the mail sometime this week:
