The Last Days of Disco (1998)- Whit Stillman
This is probably the most difficult movie challenge for me. I’m extremely picky when it comes to comedies. Maybe I just need to lighten up, but it’s true. I definitely couldn’t pick a favorite a few weeks ago. Then Whit Stillman came into my life. The Last Days of Disco is not just my favorite comedy–it’s one of my favorite movies. It has a killer soundtrack too. Tell me this trailer doesn’t make you want to dance.
